People living the Midlands will benefit from slimming supplements as they are the most overweight in Britain.Research by Slimming World and YouGov revealed that people in the East Midlands are at the biggest risk of obesity related diseases as they have the highest body mass index (BMI) in the United Kingdom.The study found that people in the East Midlands should take advantage of slimming supplements, such as t5 fat burners and t5 slimming pills, as they have an average BMI of 28.9.A BMI rating of 28.9 is straddling the borderline between overweight and obese.Scottish residents were second in the national survey with an average BMI of 28.4, while people from the West Midlands came third with an average BMI of 28.1.Overweight people are more likely to suffer from life-threatening conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and stroke and should therefore look at ways to slim down and lower their BMI.The study also found that the more people thought obesity was the result of a person's environment rather than their genetic makeup.Dr Jacquie Lavin, a nutrition expert, said: "Clearly obesity is a national problem but the causes are often closer to home and most of us recognise that our lifestyle and the environment we live in is at least, partly to blame."Being overweight is increasingly a worry for many of us and for our families and children. It affects how we feel, our happiness and our wellbeing - our whole outlook on life."Slimming products, such as t5 fat burners, can help people slim down as they help increase metabolism and boost energy, which can assist dieters during a work out.A scientific study at the University of Liverpool found that slimming supplements are safe and effective.The investigation also found that people must take slimming products in conjunction with a healthy regime of diet and exercise if they want to experience the full range of benefits.Ruth Balmer, a noted dietition, told the Belfast Telegraph: "A simple way to maintain a healthy weight by only eating as much food as you need, eating a healthy balanced diet, drinking more water and starting to get active."Kim Kardashian, American socialite and star of reality television show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, lost half a stone after combining weight loss products with healthy eating and exercise.A survey by Which discovered that more than half of its members said that they had bought weight loss supplements in the last year in order to help them slim down.
